My sequence is not working:
I have a campaign called VSL Campaign; inside the campaing I have to web forms: One called VSL Optin form and the other one called Survey aplcation form.
The survey aplication form has a sequence: Inside the sequence there are 3 instructions: 1.- Aply a tag. 2.- Send survey info tu Ulises email (me). and 3.- Send survey to Julio.
This last one is not working and I want to know how to make it work. I got the reports and its not even sending any emails at all and I double checked the email is correct.
I would appreciate if you could help me out with this problem.
If everything except for the emails are working, go inside your infusion soft system and make sure that those emails are listed as marketable. Many times if you have emails that you’re trying to send two that are yourself, you have an update in on those emails and the system recognizes those emails as not being marketable. So if you look at the history of your campaign it will show that it is trying to send the emails but it will say “there is no evidence is person ever opted in for marketing” and so the email is not coming to you.
If that is not the case, please send screenshots of what’s going on

I don´t understand what you said and where to make sure the emails are listed as “marketable”.
Here are the screenshots.
Go into the contact record of the people who are filling out the form - make sure their emails are verified. It is possible that the emails are being triggered, but the email address of the recipient is not verified so Infusionsoft isn’t sending out the emails.
I don´t know what has to do with my problem,
I have a web form for a Survey so anyone who opts in triggers the sequence so the CRM has to send an email to me and an email to my sales rep. The email to me is working well, but the other one is not.

Create a CONTACT record in Infusionsoft for your sales person. Make sure he verifies his email. Then those emails should work. I think the issue is that the email address of your sales rep has not been listed as a verified email, so the system probably tries to send email but the email fails instantly because the email address is not verified.
Can you show me how to do this?
I don´t know how to create a new contact record, is very confusing.
This is the only place I remember seen “Contact record”
A contact record is the same as everyone you add to your database. Just click the “+” sign up at the top right of the page and add your sales person. Then, mark the email as ‘verified’ and they should start receiving the emails.
Got it. I´ve done this right now.
