Sending out a campaign

Hi
I am a novice regarding Infusion Soft. I need to send out a campaign re GDPR. I have a email template, generated a landing page with a space for web form and also generated a web form. This is when the process stops. The landing page doesn’t see the web form the template doesn’t see the landing page. What am I doing wrong. Any help gratefully received

As a novice I am trying to get a grip on what I need to do. Tech support is good but they keeping talking about sequence. All I wanted to do was send one email for people to opt in.
