Landing Page Update problems

I have a problem. I used a campaign from the marketplace which is perfect for my needs. It is the one where you ask about their experience (Satisfied - Neutral - Negative). It works perfectly expect the landing page & thank you page. The background is not appropriate for my business. I updated within the campaign but when I publish it goes back to the template version. I have tried unpublishing and updating and republishing. What am I doing wrong?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues. After you Click the Blue publish button in the campaign, are you using the Hosted URL for the Web Form and isn’t showing the changes you made?

It is my understanding that it was Infusion hosted. If I need to put on my website, let me know.
