Keap Support Tickets

I am trying to add a Keap support ticket but when I submit the url has no case id and it says No case specified.

When I go to view tickets it says no tickets found. (Yes, I did log in)

I’ve tried this on both Chrome and Firefox.

Are my tickets going through or not? Is anyone else having this problem?

We’ve identified an issue with the developer portal where social login is preventing tickets from being recorded; just to verify if this is the same problem, are you using a social account to log in, or email/password?

@TomScott Email/password. For my Keap account.

In that case everything should be as normal, and I’m unable to duplicate it with my own account; let me check in with our support team and see if there has been a dropoff of ticket intake.

@TomScott My client was able to submit the support ticket for me. So it appears then the issue could be related to me not being the master account holder. I am a sub user admin.

This is of course not ideal for developers like me, as I will have to bother him with each support ticket that I need to send. And he will need to forward me any responses to the tickets.
