Can anyone tell me how I send an issue to Keap to be resolved?

Can anyone tell me how I send an issue to Keap to be resolved? I am struggling to get hotmail email addresses delivered and can’t see how to submit it. Thanks

If you have an urgent problem that is not documented here, please call us at 1-866-800-0004 or chat online with our support team. For non-urgent questions, please submit a case online via the Help menu in your app.

That’s about all you’ll get - especially for what you are reporting. Hotmail email deliverability is an ongoing issue in Keap. Not trying to downplay your issue, but I wouldn’t spend a long time trying to report it or fix it, as it is recurring known issue globally within the app.
