For example, I want a funnel that is only designed for sales and products, and a newsletter funnel that adds the customer to the sales funnel. But if the customer doesn’t want to get the sales emails anymore, I would prefer they only unsubscribe from the sales funnel, not the newsletter funnel.

There is no way to bifurcate the unsubscribe. If they use the unsubscribe link, it is a true unsubscribe from the entire system.
The way we typically work around this is we give the person a subscription edit option or a link for “I’m not interested in these emails.” That is closer to the email body. What that does is take them to whatever you would like. It could be:
- a simple link click that would unsubscribe them from that specific campaign
- a link that takes them to a web form that gives them the option to choose which types of information they’re interested in (e.g., marketing, admin only, etc.)
In the latter case, you would then work on tagging them and using those tags as the filters for your different marketing campaigns.
