I am having a lot of difficulty connecting to my accounts in kea \p over the past two weeks. It has gotten so bad that I am now trying to connect 5-8 times a day. I can be in the online program and it will boot me out with the message “OOPs. It looks like you tried to access an account you are not authorized for.,” When I go back to Accounts Central and try to log into either of the accounts that I have I ge the same message.
I have tried support and support chat to no avail. I am living in Egypt and I have been here since September with no issues until a couple of weeks ago. I initially thought the wifi was the culprit but I am now hardwired in and there has been no change in performance.
Any help would be appreciated
