Hi I want to import my contacts from an excel SS but import contacts is not one of the option in contacts. Anyone know why this is?
Under your admin menu there is an option for imports
@Alice_Young, to your point, no there isn’t an option to import via an Excel spreadsheet. You would need to save it first as a comma delimited CSV file and then you’ll be able to import it easily.

You can import contacts from Excel to IS directly, no need to convert the SS to CSV. Trujay, 3rd party migration service offers you that option.
