What is the procedure for uploading contacts from Excel?

Save them in CSV format.
Go to ‘admin - import’ and then import the file from there.
It will walk you through the process to map your fields from the CSV to the Keap fields.

That is what confused me. When I click on Admin - Import Data, it just lists AWeber, Constant Contact, iContact, 1 Shopping Cart, and Outlook. I didn’t see a place to import from Excel.
