I have my spread sheet separated by first name last name and email address.
Every time I try to import as a .csv the import comes back to me as no name with no information.

It’s pretty hard to diagnose something like this as generic as it is to describe.
Can you shoot a short 1-2 min video of what you’re doing to attempt the import? Loom would work very nicely for that. Then we can see what we can do to help
