I live on the east coast. Can I make the default time zone for my clients eastern standard time? Do I have to change the time zone for every client? what ideas do you have so I do not have to remember to do that every time someone opts in? Is the only way to add a time zone option on my webform?
Hi, Mike. Infusionsoft automatically captures the timezone when the contact fills out a form, buys something, etc…
So when you are setting up timers in the campaign builder, just check the box to use the contact’s time zone.
