Hey all,
I have an interesting scenario in that I have students AKA contacts that are sent a credit card update form when their payment fails, that person sometimes will have their spouse or someone else pay for them. When that happens the other person paying fills out their name and email and it overwrites the original contact record.
Has anyone dealt with this and is there a workaround for it?
