I have contacts that start a campaign based on a tag they receive but once the tag is removed the continue in the campaign. How do I remove them from a campaign based on a new tag they receive?
Contacts can be removed from a campaign manually, or by achieving a conclusion goal.
Removing the tag that triggered the campaign won’t automatically stop the automation that was set in place (similarly, refunding a purchase won’t stop the automation that began on the original transaction).

But for a more automated solution, you’ll want to add a conclusion goal at the end of your campaign - when that goal is achieved it’d stop anything upstream from it.
