So, if you disable link tracking (which I think you can do if you build your emails in the HTML builder), then you’ll forfeit the ability to see who clicks on your various links, you won’t be able to use Link Click goals, it won’t drop a cookie for you to use with Web Page Automation Goals, and you won’t be able to trigger tags or otherwise raise actions on those links.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to disable that on a system wide level, but even if it were I don’t think I’d recommend it.
If it’s just the idea of the link redirecting through Infusionsoft that bugs you, I think it’s one of those things that most people accept because Infusionsoft offers so many other benefits - it outweighs the perceived drawback of those redirect links.
