How does a customer change their credit card info on file?
Inside of ‘billing automation’ you can set up an Update CC email and insert a special ‘CC update’ link (that can only be inserted via the billing automation). When you send that they can update their CC.
I can’t find an “update link” action in the dropdown box.
Sorry … wasn’t clear. It is a special merge field that is avail in the email builder.
Jeff, i went through every ‘merge’ field and can’t find anything related to updating a credit card. Do you know where it is?
Have you considered using a customer portal system? Customerhub offers a great solution for your customers to manage credit cards, etc.
