We use Customer Hub for our customers to update their credit cards, view invoices, etc. and we have having a MAJOR issue with their credit card security. Twice, we have had customers log in to update their credit card, add a new card, and then see random credit cards of other customers added to the Customer Hub account.
The error cards only show up in Customer Hub, not in Keap, but it causes our customer to doubt our credit card security and not want to give us access to bill their credit cards.
I contacted Customer Hub about the issue on 4/8/2025 and they said it is a known glitch and they would fix it. Today, 4/14/2025 it happened with another customer’s account. This time it was 2 random other credit cards from our other customers that were added to their account on Customer Hub.
I have reached out to Customer Hub and they say they are working diligently to fix it, but won’t give me a timeframe for how long it will take.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Do you have any recommendations for other 3rd party sites to use for invoices, credit card updates, etc. I was looking at Fortapay.
