How do I send a jpg attachement to a group of tagged contacts please?

One of the easiest ways to do this, would be via campaign builder. You could set up a very simple campaign with an email, that contains a button/link to download a file. Once you get this email built, and the campaign published, you can drop your desired contacts into the campaign to receive the email.
