To be honest, I don’t think you will be able to unless you can say ‘yes’ to any of the following:

Did they come into the system on a landing page or webform?
Do they have a common field in common?
Do they have a field that is BLANK unlike the rest of your data?

Thanks, Andy! I think you are right. The only way to do this is to pull a FULL list of contacts, v-lookup the contact ID for those that are already in my system, update records for those who are (which requires the contact ID), and then upload those who are not.

That would definitely work, I’ve done that for a number of clients previously.
