How do you apply the same tag to multiple contacts? Is there an easy way? Rather then opening each contact seperately.
Go to ‘contacts’
If you don’t have a specific list, just search for all contacts and use the checkboxes next to their names to choose the contacts you wish to select.
If you do have a specific list or criteria, run your search to pull up the list of contacts you want to tag.
Click the checkbox at the top fo the list to ’select all’
Use the ‘actions’ drop down
Use the ‘apply/remove tags’
Choose the tag you want to apply and click ’save’, or click ‘create new tag’ at the bottom of the list and create a new tag.
That will then continue the process of adding whatever tag you choose to all the contacts.
