Getting logged out while working in the new email builder

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this… I’ve been building out several new emails in the new builder today and on multiple occasions, mostly when clicking the Preview button, I’m suddenly getting kicked/logged out of Keap (max classic). Then when I go back in, recent changes haven’t saved. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Just me? I’m on Mac/Chrome.

Hi @Brody_Dorland, as no one else has reported this, the issue seems to be specific to your computer.

If you encounter these oddities, the best thing to do is to clear your Web Browser Cache, especially the Cookies. You can specify if you want to clear Keap / Infusionsoft cookies only if you want.

I believe that will resolve your problem.
