I have some questions about GDPR, specifically around Data Deletion at the moment.
Some questions I would like answered at this stage are -
How do we delete a record?
What does “delete” mean?
What is Infusionsoft’s GDPR policy?
Has Infusionsoft published anything that may help me understand the how they can help us be fully compliant with the new law.
Hi, @Lainey_Quinn. I would suggest reading the data policy doc then reaching out to dpo@infusionsoft.com for any specific questions.
Record deletions will vary depending on what you wish to delete. Anywhere from “no you cannot delete” to blind delete and finally soft delete (stays in table but doesn’t show in the interface). As martin has said, the docs will be the place to start.
