Removing Contacts from Infusionsoft

Hello,

If somebody opts out of a campaign but also wants their data removed from our system as promted by the new GDPR laws, is there a way to go through our contact list and automatically remove them? I have over 100 people that have requested they be removed from the database but am hoping there is a way to automate it.

Any thoughts?

At this time, there is no way to automate GDPR removal requests - that functionality will be coming though. Any way to automate GDPR deletion requests? - #7 by martinc
