I want to send out an email broadcast to existing customers that ask them to opt into a specific utility company program that we run.
has anyone ever done this with infusionsoft? not sure if we are able to identify the user and that they opted in.
If you have a button that is linked with a tag, that tag will be applied to the contact record when they click the link. That would allow you to see all of the people who click the button “YES - I want in”
