Error 640

Hello everybody!

So, I made a web form in a campaign with the next fields: email, name, a custom text field and a checkbox, all of them required. The form redirects to an address that’s a Thank you page.
All of this is just the usual thing I’ve been doing for quite a while, and then I use Formlift to import the form to my wordpress page. Now, when I fill the form and click send I get an error 640 and I just don’t know why.
I also tried using the html given by infusionsoft and the same problem happens.
I tried using the support chat but I’m 18 in queue.
Any idea of how can I solve this?

Thanks in advance.

@Nacho_Perello, this is a known critical issue that was identified recently. Our development team is currently working to resolve this asap.

I spoke with chat support about an hour ago and they said that they are receiving a large number of inquiries with the same issue.

It appears all contact forms made using the legacy “Web Form submitted” have been affected by this, as I have tried running numerous tests with various forms I’ve created (both using Formlift and the Infusionsoft hosted URL) and each time am still getting the same error 640 message.

As a temporary workaround, you could recreate the same form using their new Landing Page builder, as it appears that has not been affected by this issue at this time.

It is a newly listed ‘known issue’

This should be resolved. If it is still not working for you, the patch hasn’t rolled to your app yet, which may take up to an hour.
