Email sync with apple mail

Can I and how do I sync Apple Mail with InfussionSoft?

How are you administering your apple mail? Is it through gmail or MS365, or is it just POP.
If either of the other 2, you can use the email sync feature. Go to your user account under ‘admin - users’

Go to ‘email accounts’ and then sync.

If you don’t have either of those, you can use TeaLeaves (by SmallCubed) — google it. That’s what I use.

You can also use EmailAttacher. That can be used with any kind of email.

Hi Jeff,

You note that you can go to your user account under “admin - users”. Are you talking about admin users in IFS or in the email? I don’t find the option you mention in IFS.

We would consider switching to gmail for business if that helps us sync the mail with IFS. Would the users be able to use Apple Mail or would they have to use gmail in the browser.

Any clarification is appreciated.

Yes — the admin - users is in Infusionsoft. If you don’t see that, you may have to get with your account administrator.

If you are using Gmail, you can access it using Apple Mail … that’s what I have setup.
