I’m looking to have a group of contacts go into a campaign one at a time with a spacing of 5 or ten minutes between each. Has anyone found a way to go about doing this or has found a workaround?
There is no out of the box way to meter contacts through a campaign. It could be done with a little SQL and code (basically creating a queue that runs one every 5 minutes through the api).
How does one acquire / build such things?

If you have/know a developer that knows SQL, PHP and the IS API then they can build it. Most companies don’t though (because the IS api is needed most don’t already know that part). So hiring a developer that does would be the next option. There are a few of us in the community that would know how and be available.
