How to Throttle emails in a campaign so X per day are sent?

Hi, hopefully someone can help

I have a lot of Contacts that I would like to add to a Campaign initially. However, instead of all the contacts receiving the email together in one blast I would like to ask the Campaign to drip these Contacts into an email sequence?

So 100 emails went out a day Monday to Friday ignoring Saturday and Sunday and then pick up where it left off.

So if I load 5000 records into a campaign the Contacts get drip fed into the email sequence. Is this possible and how could I do this?

There is not really a way to automate controlled sending. You can select a limited contact list and apply the start goal (usually a tag) and do that each day for a new segmented list, but there isn’t an out of the box way to duplicate that on auto pilot.
