I have a new client I brought over from Constant Contact, and need to make sure his IT team sets up DKIM, SPF, and Sender ID properly.
As far as I know, this is done through the domain registrar. Telling the ISPs that Infusionsoft has permission to send emails on behalf of their domain essentially.
I called IS support and was told they do not offer assistance with this and to try help.infusionsoft.com, which I did and cannot seem to find the info. Google did not turn up anything either.
Help?
As far as I know, it’s critical to make sure these settings are set properly.
