Hi there!
I’ve come across a persistent issue that started yesterday. When I upload a CSV file to modify contacts in the Data Cleanup section, I use the link to “Send an Email Broadcast to these contacts,” when it’s finished updating. However, clicking this link brings me to a page that says:
"Page Not Found
We’re sorry to say this, but the page you’re looking for can’t be found. Although rare, this usually occurs when someone:
- Clicks on a link in an email that, for some reason, wasn’t formatted properly, so it takes them to the wrong place inside their application
- Enters the wrong web address for a page in their application
- Clicks on a broken link in their application"
I can still manually send an Email Broadcast and manually enter the ‘Updated’ tag that applies to the specific CSV I just uploaded, but I shouldn’t have to do it that way. Any ideas about why this suddenly started happening and what needs to be done to fix it?

Talked to Infusionsoft/Keap support and they don’t seem to know what’s going on either. They’re looking into it.
