Has any infusionsoft users been able to contact ANYONE in customer support? We have found it impossible to get anyone to call us back or even get a HUMAN on the call.
Does anyone have a direct line to anyone in customer support?

Everyone in support is working from home and there are many fewer than there were…so they’re focused more on chat support rather than phone support. I don’t know if that means they aren’t doing phone support at all but it’s possible given the decrease in available man hours of those who are working from home.
