CSV Field Matching

Hi , how will I know the field name to use when I create my csv for importing it to infusionsoft?,
I tried naming the fields like the ones that are in custom fields, with spaces between words, but spaces are gone when uploaded and it is not being automatically matched.

This is to prevent field matching as much as possible

I tried changing the name and removing the space between word on some custom field, it worked ,it was automatically matched

Is there a way for this to be matched without removing the space?
