Since our post sale opportunity stages are built into our delivery campaign, I opted to not build out a pre-sale pipeline and instead have my marketing team create a task within each new campaign for all new opps coming into our account. So my team will work the leads manually as they’re touched. Do you happen to have any similar case studies of how other companies are creatively using opportunity pipelines/stages?
