Converting data in general and custom fields to a merge in a PDF document

I am looking for a way to create a PDF document like a quote or proposal into a PDF document.

Example: Hours required and Price per hour = Total cost

So I guess I need a way to multiple the two fields and then have them merge into a PDF document.

I guess an email merge would work short term, but I really need a PDF document for our application.

Anyone out there doing something like this or can point me in the right direction?


We do the same thing for a lot of our clients, Scott - and what works nicely is a combination of Parsey’s integration with Docusign. You can upload a pdf into Docusign and map the fields to the custom field(s) in Infusionsoft. The web hook integration in Parsey will look for the contact ID and merge their data from those fields into Docusign.
