Conact organization

How do you organize the contacts so when you open interactive or grid view the most recent contact appears on top.

With the ‘edit criteria/columns’ option, go into that, go to columns, and at the bottom of the columns is a ‘sort by’ option.

Choose your criteria there and save and that will sort your contacts.


Thanks Jeff. Trying to make the most recent contact in descending order as my default view so I don’t have to sort every time I log in.
