Clicked email vs opened email

Hi, can anyone tell me the difference between a clicked email and an opened email? I would think a “clicked” email was opened, but clearly there is a difference between the two.

Clicked is 100% reliable, opened isn’t - all systems have this issue, not just IS, basically if someone has images turned off then they will never be classed as opened (there’s more too it, but its a main culprit) but they can still click!
