We are receiving a number of responses from some of the contacts within our Infusion soft system which shows them receiving, opening and clicking an email all at the same same. I don’t think they are actually receiving them and it might be a response from a firewall or something? Have you had reports of this before? How do you usually resolve this issue?
This is skewing our data and affecting our follow up, so any suggestions would be greatly received.
