You can now access chat support from within the Keap and Infusionsoft help centers:

Note that you will be required to authenticate yourself as a customer to the Support rep when using this method. It is recommended to initiate a chat while signed in to your Keap/Infusionsoft account and clicking on the help button at the top right of the page.
