Hi,
For some reason I can’t see my colleagues Tasks. He can see mine but I can’t see his. The settings look right in Admin.
Admin>users>edit permissions>Calendar>View Calendar and setting it to be able to view all calendar. But not working.
Any ideas?

View other’s calendar and view other’s tasks/notes at 2 different permission settings.

That’s what I thought. Where are the Task permissions then?

View only = Calendar - Task/Appt/Note - Can view all records = Yes
Edit requires Can Edit all records to also be set to Yes.

For me I also had to set the User Permissions → Applications → Can see other users = Yes
before the problem user could see the other users Tasks.
(and get them to log out and then back in)
