Hello -

We use Zapier for other purposes, so I don’t see an issue using it unless an API is somehow the better of the options. I am not a part of the accounting department at our company, but I am the resident Keap leader and tasked with finding a consultant to onboard the integration of QuickBooks. We have never used fields in Keap for accounting.

We have been using Keap for about 12 years now so I am very familiar with the software but would need to lean on a consultant to help us integrate.

I would love to hear more about your expertise and how Keap works with QuickBooks.

Hi Kate, always nice when a company actually has a Keap Lead, the majority of time there isn’t one.

So if you already have Zapier then it comes down to working on the trigger from Keap and what you want to happen in QBO.

I’m a Keap Certified Partner and have worked with both it and Zapier for the last 8 years. I have done a number of QBO integrations over the time.

There CAN be issues with it, it really depends on how complex the invoice to be created in QBO is.

Hi @Annette_I_Parchert , there are a number of triggers that can be used to send data to Zapier from Keap, for example a tag being added, however personally I prefer to send the data as a Webhook.

Where are you looking to send the data to once it hits Zapier?
