Is there an existing campaign (or would it be easy to create one?) to send to our customers requesting them to leave us a Google Review. The campaign would send them to the relevant Google review page where they could leave us a 5 star rating and leave a comment. We currently outsource this service where the customer has a choice of a google review or a facebook review (for those who do not have a gmail account) via either a sms (preferred) message or email message containing a link. We currently have a Keap/Infusionsoft account so figured it might be possible via our existing subscripton plus adding Plusthis rather than paying an external company to do this for us.
