Please help! This is what I would like to do but I seem to be stumped.

Customer has tag FB101-Week01 Applied
Delay timer 7 days
If client has FB101-Week01Complete tag applied, send Email A
If client does not have FB101-WeekComplete tag applied, send Email B

I can’t get a decision diamond in a sequence, anyone know how to accomplish this? Thank you so much.

@Fit_Babes_United When/how would the ‘complete’ tag be applied? I think that would dictate when/how the decision diamond would run.

If you can provide a little more detail, I can help you get it configured.
