I need to build a campaign that starts with a landing page that redirects to a ScheduleOnce page to schedule an appointment. That part I have figured out. What I need help with is to automatically start an email campaign if they go to the ScheduleOnce page and don’t schedule an appointment. How do I set that up?
We have something similar via calendly, not sure about ScheduleOne. What we’ve done is apply a tag if consultation scheduled via a zapier integration through InfusionSoft. Then you can start the sequence if wait x amount of time, and no tag then send follow-up email.
Yes, you would do the same in ScheduleOnce - in the CRM integration settings.
