Hi,
I’m using the appointment integration with an embedded booking section on my website. I want to start a campaign of reminders when someone books through the website. How can I add a tag when someone makes an appointment? (I know you can do that with third party calendar systems, but I can’t figure out how to do it using the infusionsoft appointments system - surely it can manage adding a tag?)

Hi Sam, are you in Keap or Infusionsoft? Just checking as Infusionsoft doesn’t have a native booking system in it, but Keap does, but this post is in the Infusionsoft part of the community!
Assuming that you are on Keap - currently you can’t, but I’ve been told ‘watch this space’ something will be coming to campaign builder, but I don’t know when.
There are ways around this, using email parsers etc such as Zapier reading the notification email you get and being able to add a tag on.

Infusionsoft - the appointment function is there!
I did figure out (I think) how to do it using a zapier integration for now. Just seemed weird to me that infusionsoft would have the appointment capacity without the ability to add it to automations!

Ahh are you using the appointment tool inside campaign builder?
Yeah I tend to avoid it as I don’t find it that useful in its current implementation.
Well that’s a confusing screenshot thats a Keap interface with Infusionsoft on it, or is it an Infusionsoft app with a Keap interface?! Heard that something like this was going to happen, but hadn’t seen it yet.
So with Keap, currently that appointment booking system doesn’t have a campaign builder goal - one is coming but we dont know exactly when.

Yes it’s weird isn’t it? I’m definitely paying for the full infusionsoft but they recently changed the look to this one.
