We are attempting to configure our own branded tracking links. Does anyone know if this is possible through IFS Classic? We are familiar with the process, (have it configured through our transactional provider) but can’t seem to get the CNAME record from customer support.
Secondary to that, we are having issues with getting into the Inbox of Hotmail - DKIM, SPF is valid, sender address and content is OK, (goes to inbox when using same subs, content, sender address in Constant Contact) but when deployed through IFS everything goes to junk. I have monitors on the shared pools used and it appears that some get blacklisted periodically.
Our complaint rates are very low and our open rates are high, (we exercise list cleaning practices).
Hopefully we can get some answers through the community.
