Bounces not showing in Email Status Search

Our “Email Status Search” reports shows zero bounces.

When we look a specific contact that has complained about not receiving the emails, we can see in the “Recent Email History” the “status” shows as “Unopened (Bounced)”.

When we look for that contact on the “Email Status Search” it shows as “Unconfirmed”.

Shouldn’t that contact show as bounced on all reports/searches?
