Accessing my account

I have signed up for an account and set up a passcode. When I click on an infusionsoft link I was emailed to get into a program, I get “You are not authorized to access this Infusionsoft account. If you are a user of this account, go to Account Central to link this account to your Infussionsoft ID.” When I click on Account Central it shows my name and email address in the top right. Can you help me to get this link to work and authorize my account? Thank you!

If you can’t access your account for any reason, you’ll need to call Support. Here are the phone numbers: Contact Support | Max Classic. Not being able to access your account is considered an “emergency” as well…so you can stay on the line to access after-hours support.
