How do you change a customer’s tag status? For example they started out as a prospect but they are now a customer.
How do you add or alter a new tag to a tag group?
You can set up a sequence inside the campaign builder to add/remove the tags you need.
So, if you have a Customer tag that you apply, and you want that to remove the Prospect tag, just set up a Tag Goal sequence that starts with the Customer tag, then in the sequence that follows, use the ‘add/remove tag’ action to remove the Prospect tag.
