Zoom Integration with Keap

To integrate Zoom now, do I need to Add a new Token or Key? Or are we to use the Legacy API Key. Specifically I need to know where in the m255 app I find or create the key I need to add into the Zoom configuration.

Good afternoon Sehrish!

I’m unfamiliar with the Zoom integration you are referring to, as we do not maintain one ourselves. Do you have a link to it’s documentation or installation page?

Hi Tom, yes, we have this page where they have explained the details App Marketplace however these instructions are not applicable anymore because of the changes in Keap interface. You’ll see going through the video that following the instructions does not get us to the field with the Encrypted API Key that we need.

Hi @Sehrish_Imran, you will need to raise a Support Ticket with Zoom to indicate the issue with that particular Application.

After the end of October the Legacy API Key (Encrypted API Key) will no longer function, so they need to update it soon to use Service Account Keys instead.

In your Keap account, go your Profile icon, then visit the API Settings section. You can get the Encrypted API Key at the bottom of the page.
