We have put in a custom field but the data is not showing up in contacts’ records. I guess I’ve missed a step somewhere.

Hi, @Catherine_McKinley, Are you using Current or Classic Infusionsoft? Custom fields currently don’t work in Current and will be fixed in September

I actually just created one this morning and it worked fine. Did you follow this article? Create Custom Fields | Max Classic
Yes, that’s how I did the custom field. I think it’s something with our http posts in the campaign.
