Getting contact custom fields to show up on LeadPages Leadboxes form

I’ve created some custom contact fields in InfusionSoft and have successfully connected the LeadPages and InfusionSoft via the API key, but when I try to add fields in a LeadBoxes form, only certain InfusionSoft fields show up and none of the custom fields that I have created.

How do I get the custom fields to show up to be available to add to the LeadBoxes form?
